Blouse has Peter Pan collar, set-in sleeves, right front band and button closing. V1 long sleeves gather into wristband. Lace edging trims blouse. V2 and 3 feature patch pockets and sleeves turn back to form cuffs. V3 overblouse has band at lower edge.
